Last year, I saw on the Martha Stewart show how they have done witch costume black plastic bags and tape. need the stock cord. a a cut in the box under the strings so that was a bit more and gives them, zig zag the bottom of the bag away, this part is used for another part of the wardrobe. it is for the upper half of the suit. It gets like a top tube with chains as straps. pull and tie to fit. Do not worry coz the strings that are discussed below. then another bag is cut to the skirt, zig zag, like the first, which is tied around the waist. Duct tape as much as necessary to maintain the top and bottom together. Also third bag cut in half sleeves … They used duct tape to keep things in place. Only the top band SLEV. The cut pieces are used to make the layer and shot to stretch the zigzag stitches. (Also made in the skirt) was very good and resistant to water, but you may need scissors to cut the suit that do.
