Where can I find closure with wooden sticks for a scholarship in hand?

I recently bought an immersion (hand) to bag a festival. The scholarship stick closures at the top so you can wear with short straps or able to play with long strap. Unfortunately, my dog decided to chew pieces of wood. I can not bring my wallet yet. Just wondering if anyone know where I can find these closures stick?
