Quilt Block Squares

Quilts from art auctions

Iâ € ™ have traveled throughout California attending art auctions looking for quilts.  I just had a lot of success. found so many quilts that you could tell were filled with thousands of hours of careful planning and stitching.

I attended the art auction in Orange and found a wonderful quilt. The quilt was the time of De la Guerra Civil and made in the design of Blazing stars.es There was a booty sconces red and green border. wonderful as the center of the quilt has a hand quilted feathers Heart.

The art auction I went to San Bruno had a fabulous quilt which was presented at the 1860s. The quilt has been applied only by hand with cheddar, red and green cotton fabrics. was solid white and the border has a vine. meandering flowering was really special.

I found a great quilt that was made in 1894 when I was a Rancho Auction Cucamonga. art style the quilt was very Victorian Crazy Fun Quilt. His name had a lot to develop hand embroidery at the seams and blocks, it was great.

I was homes in Napa and attended an art auction quilts. had several really nice and was won in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and completed in 1870s. I like design called Ocean Waves. The chain has the green earth and chocolate brown triangles that is reconstituted with a very fine skill and cadmium precision. Frontera background color of orange was hot.

The quilt I found at an art auction in the sky was a thin 1840s, Quaker cotton quilt, which measures 108 "x 88" and 10 points of suture inch. marriage was a Quaker cotton quilt. the border, near the pillow, I had an impression blue and each side and bottom borders to quilt blocks through North Carolina on every corner. There were two rows of North Carolina-lis in the center, and a row of outward from each side.

The quilt made its way into the art auction because someone has taken selling some of the objects of historical interest, that have been sent by his family. I was lucky to acquire this Heirloom what had passed through many generations of Quaker families. now owns one of the great works Masterpieces of the Quakers of Pennsylvania.

Log cabin design is that I always liked. My grandmother made a quilt using this model for me when twelve. I found I was made in a manner similar to an art auction in Los Gatos. took the quilt from the 1870s and was made by Mennonites.

I was lucky to find the art auction, which was difficult find. The quilt is only fantastic. light and dark design of this rug has a red center on one side with two green bars, two bars and two blue bars cinnamon and then two red bars and on the other side of the red square in the center of two yellow Lancaster, two stripes on black and white, two blue bars and two bars beautiful mint.

There was an art auction in Huntington Beach announced quilts and I was really happy with the pieces they find there is the quilt I bought was a field of painting, like a patchwork album with many interesting designs. Each block is very different and special.
