I just ate like Help 2500cals .. Will I gain weight if it is a shutdown?
I was very healthy eating over a year and dust. ((oat / soy milk / raw nuts / fruit / wheat bread and unsalted butter, etc / Veges variety of all evenings with grilled meat / low fat yogurt / many fruit / water / FTE) no trash .. , Etc, etc do not get poles. anyway. Yesterday I had a craving for rich chocolate … that was so strong that I could not sleep! Then I got up at 1am and had a few squares of chocolate or dark green. today Mom bought a block of white chocolate Kit Kat and a bag of candy Allen Party Mix. I ate half of Kit Kat chocolate and virtually all pacifiers ((OK for you not get that many in a bag) anyway that made me more .. so slurge had a little black squares of chocolate and a cookie. .. anyway including healthy breakfast and I always healthy food (grilled chicken with Veges) I would be eating around 2500 + calories. I usually eat only 1600cals. Will I gain all this weight? I am 16 years old, 48kg, 5F6
