What shops sell pre-cut quilting squares?
What brick and mortor stores sell pre-cut packs of 5 ", 6" or 7 "squares? (I am in Texas) Who would be the best option? Anyplace have better prices? already bought on eBay for very good prices, but you can not really see the fabric before you buy, kwim. (Please do not suggest a rotary cutter …. hobbies as I change I change my socks) lol. Thanks a bunch!
JoAnn, Micheals, Hobby lobby groups, even I have seen in stores like Big Lots, Odd Lots, and do not forget your duvet stores. If you have a quilt shop in your area [person who sells fabrics] ask them. Many have AccuCut machines cut the fabric in quilt form. Quilters many of them also. The cost is high, but the shops they indicate that customers are used to cut the cloth bought from its store. sooooooooooo are easy to use, you put your cloth in death [part leaf Cutting] cover shield and roll under the roller and cut, I am able to remove up to 12 unique items at a time with cotton padding. There were different forms of death and all. The good thing this, you can choose the fabric you want and you can cut a king size quilt 20 min. Gosh just had a thought, if you have something like Greg's list their area ……. ask if anyone has a machine with AccuCut chain in the size you are interested you can cut the fabric for you. I know I'm doing for others. I can cut over 20 meters of fabric 8 "square and less than 30 min. SideNote can buy a rotary cutter for less than $ 10, are inexpensive in all and well worth its weight in gold for all Quilters.
