Are there wider fabric 42 "for quilt back?

I'm making a quilt and all the fabrics that I found only 42 "wide. I have seen quilts with support panel. My current quilt will be 68 inches wide and want to use a panel. If I can not go anywhere else This is sufficiently great, so how I can sew the back panel is not working funny? Sens have with this line in the middle to mount the parts.
