Poor sleep is the worst possible way to start the day. If I spent all night spinning while trying to find the comfiest way to sleep then the rest of the day can be much of a strike! Lack of sleep can lead to cranky and irritable and may also cause a serious loss of concentration. If you have a great day ahead or work through or in your personal life, it is important that you get enough sleep to feel alert and ready to face whatever comes your way.
