I have 28 pieces of 10×10 need help on how to place a blanket for a bed ??????
my grandmother was 40 years ago I would like to make into a quilt of marriage of my son. IAM, but do not know how to get any help. Thanks Mayr
Courtenay usually 87×87 standard Queen (A total of 7569 square inches) and has only 28 blocks of 10×10 (final size of 9.5 "for a total of 2527 square inches) around one third of the quilt will blocked. You can add wide sashing and borders, or do the blocks as a focus for discussion and add additional border blocks to reach the waist. A piece of paper grid to help the creation of the blocks and borders. If you are uncomfortable most of the very conception, a quilt guild would be happy have you as a visitor and have a lot of suggestions on how different / What to add to make it big enough.
