If you want your own home but simply can not afford to hire a contractor for Turnkey work, another option to consider is a home building kit.
A construction kit at home you can do much of their own work construction of your home. Since they are investing time and work at home to save money and accumulate capital. Not an easy task, and is called equity unit.
A housing kit does not include everything you need to complete their homes. You will need to have plumbing, electricity and cement made. If you choose a concrete slab to the floor, will be in place before beginning construction of your home.
